As of today, Molly's Middle School volleyball season has come to a close. She has had a really great season, despite not being on the team she wanted, and we are so proud of her for all of her hard work and positive attitude! Every year she improves in skill and gets just a little more confident in her abilities. She has received much praise from her coach. I hope that will fuel her into club volleyball coming up in a few weeks, as well as next year when she enters High School and tries out for their team.
Team A and B did a gift exchange, as well as giving all the 8th grade girls a special moment of recognition as this is their last year playing in the Middle School! It was fun to watch Molly's team win their very last game and then get a whole bunch of goodies. It definitely was a fun and exciting night for her!
Is was also a special "Volley For the Cure" game night in support of breast cancer awareness, so the girls got special t-shirts with their name and number on them, which was super cool! A great way to end the season!
