Two weekends ago, Timothy got to take a special camping trip with Mama and Papa! Molly didn't want to miss her soccer game, and Anthony was healing from an injury, so just Timothy it was! He was so excited!!
We picked him up from school early that Friday, but before we left, he just HAD to go back to his class to say goodbye to his teacher. As we were saying bye, two little gals ran up and gave him a hug, and as we were walking out of the classroom, one gal called after him, "I hope you don't get eaten by a bearrrrrr!" in the cutest sing-song voice ever. OMG, I about died! Hahahaha

We had a super great time!! It was chilly out, but we had our propane fire pit (we didn't know they had just lifted the fire ban...) and then a propane heater for inside the camper. We stayed nice and toasty! We ate all our meals inside the camper and it was just so cozy! We played games, jammed to music, went on hikes, played on the logs, did chalk on the sidewalk, kayaked, ate delicious camping food....and of course, smores!
Day 1! Beautiful weather called for lots of time exploring the lake shore and playing on the logs!
Day 2! Lots more hiking, and Timothy really kicked butt paddling his kayak!
Ohhhhh how we just love Timothy Lake!
