New Gazebo!

Back in early August, Sam and I were gifted the money from our friend Mike, Sam's late Godmother's husband, to purchase this particular gazebo we've had our eyes on from Costco. Sam had helped mike build two of his own during the various times we were there visiting with him, and as a thank you he wanted to purchase one for us. We were so surprised, thrilled, and grateful for his gift!! We were totally in shock and blown away! How incredibly kind of him to do this for us!! Eekkk!!! 

I was so excited when the boxes were finally delivered! It took a lot of time and work to put together, but slowly we putzed along on it. Because it's so windy here, we wanted to make sure we anchored it....that meant digging holes and pouring concrete....extra work that made the building process take more time. Everyone chipped in on helping, and before we knew it, it was time to put the roof on! Our friend Leonard came over for that part because there was no way 2 people could do it themselves. Actually, it should have taken 4 people, but we managed with 3, lol. 

When all was said and done, we finally had a beautiful gazebo to cover the table and chairs my dad bought us for our anniversary! With the addition of a propane fire ring and some log round seating, our hot tub hangout area was complete! 

I just LOVE it!! 

Now w'ere ready to soak in the hot tub, roast some mallows, and sit and relax under our new gazebo. THANK YOU!!!
