It was beautiful weather, only about 70* with a nice breeze! Fanny packs stuffed with snacks and water cups filled, we set out on our awesome hike. This one has a bit of an incline, but you are rewarded with beautiful views of open fields, as well as of the Columbia River.
Other than the views, I think the best part of our hike was at the tail end when Grandpa blew out his shoe! hahahaha The kids all thought that was hilarious. Lucky for him, we knew just where to take him afterwards to get a new pair of hiking boots.
It was great to be able share with my family one of the hikes we really enjoy! And nobody died. So win-win!
