I found this poem on Tik-Tok recently, and I fell in love with it. Deeply. I have it taped to my mirror to read every day.
It says exactly what my soul feels. Post cancer. Post trauma. Post rock bottom.
It's ok to not be the same person you once were. Change and growth isn't threatening....it's good. That's the whole point to living a human existence.
