Hello Pixie! I mean, Kitty! I mean, Sunny! I mean, Kit-Kat! Oh my word, what is this cat's name?? So Timothy got himself a little kitty! When we went to pick it up, we were told it was a girl. Timothy named it Pixie. Fast forward a week. Time to take Pixie to the vet for her first round of shots! But surprise! She is really a he. Whoops. Should have looked closer. So then Pixie became Kitty...until Timothy finally decided on Sunny....and then Kit-Kat. Hmm....I'm pretty sure the final name is Kit-Kat. But I could be wrong. Anyway, Kit-Kat is a sweetie pie. Timothy loves him (except for when he keeps him up at night making noise while playing, or accidentally scratches him), and he and Leo have become fast friends as well. After taking a few days to get him litter boxed trained, I suppose I don't mind him so much either. He's been a cute addition to our household so far.

We took the kiddos and their friends out to see a movie in The Dalles yesterday. We watched Dr. Dolittle, it was a hoot! The kids were excited to get a soda, popcorn AND candy. Yikes. What a treat!!
After the movie we headed to Hood River for some bowling fun! After a very unsuccessful start, we but the bumpers up on both our lanes, hahaha! The big kids might have felt a little silly at first, but when those spares and strikes started rolling in, boy were they pleased! We bowled two games and we all truly had the best time! It sure was a treat to be able to take them all. Their smiles said it all!
A quick stop for dinner at Spookys and then we were ginally on our way home. After a long afternoon of fun and treats, we were pooped out!
We will for sure plan another fun day like this. It's so great to get out of the house with friends for a little bit of fun! With love, Mama Hauck
