Molly has officialy wrapped up her first year of playing volleyball on the Middle School team. We are so very proud of her! She went into this year knowing the basics from playig club volleyball in the past, and being pretty good. She ended the season learning what it truly meant to put in the time for her team; practice every day, games twice a week, some of them being away games that didn't have her home till late at night. She learned what it took to be a team player. And she learned that she is a kick ass server!
We loved watching her play and be a part of something bigger than just herself. I am so excited to watch her grow and skill and see what next year brings!
AAU Club volleyball starts soon. This isn't for the school, it's just a club that takes in players of all ages and then breaks them up by age/skill and then you have games with other towns. Molly's played for club volleyball once in the past, two years ago, right before Covid happened. Try outs for team placement for this season are on November 21st. So we've got a tiny break from volleyball until then. She is excited!
