Molly's First Job!

Ohhhhh my word, Molly got her first job!!! My sweet girl is growing up! 

A week ago, one of her friends contacted her asking if she would be interested in working as a counselor at the kids camp that is put on by our local Klickitat County Parks and Recreation. The kid's camp lasts 5 weeks, with there being a different theme each week. She'd go Monday through Friday from 8-12 and get paid $16 something. 

After making sure we could make the to and from work, she filled out the application, had an interview, took a drug test, opened up a savings account at our local bank, and got the job! 

Her first day was this past Monday and it was super fun for me to drive her in and see her off on her first day! The first and second week will be held in the large yard area outside the pool. I think the themes are yard games. The third and fourth weeks will be held at our local Grange hall because those are cooking weeks and they need the kitchen. She won't be able to work the fifth week because we will be taking a family vacation to Spokane that last week. 

What a cutie pie in her official work shirt! A few days in and she is enjoying it. Already looking forward to the pay check!
