Home Made Mounds Bars

You won't be sorry you made these. They are sooooo delicious. Seriously. I've made them twice already and I've only had the recipe in hand for a few weeks!


Mounds Bars

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups flaked coconut
12 oz milk chocolate chips (ok.....I used a bit more than 12 oz, lol)

Preheat oven to 350*. Combine graham crackers, sugar, and butter. Mix well and pat into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (you do not need to grease it). Bake for 15 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut. Spread over the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 minutes. Spread chocolate chips on the top and put in oven just until chocolate chips are soft. Spread and smooth out chocolate with a spoon. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
