He has grown up so much this past year. He's no longer that shy boy that just stands there at his concerts and doesn't participate; he is totally in it! Singing his heart out, smiling, doing all the dancing and hand motions....yay! Love it!!
He loved that he was able to be by his best friend Peter. I think that made him feel a little bit more confident. He also had a special part at the end! He ran off with another gal to find Santa, and together they led him into the room and said, "We found Santa! We found Santa!" We are so proud of him for taking on that special part. His teacher really wanted him to have a speaking part, but he was so hesitant and declined. Finally, after talking about it for a bit, he decided he DID want a special part, just not one where he had a lot to say. So this was a good compromise; he got a special part, but was able to say his line with another kid. Great work, Sweet boy!
