Mother's Day Tea

My sweet Molly and her class held a Mother's Day Tea this past Saturday at the preschool. It was the sweetest thing! I wasn't able to go to Anthony's when he had his Mother's Day Tea with the preschool two years ago because Timothy had just been born the night before! So it was super nice to attend Molly's and be there for this special event.

The children were adorable singing their songs! Molly could be heard practicing her songs for weeks. :)

After the kiddos sang, all the Mamas got to open up our gifts and see all the sweet, creative art that was made! I got an orange Molly hand cast, a potted flower, a coffee filter boutonniere, a Mother's Day poem, a drawing of myself done by Molly (Hahaha), and a cute "I love my Mommy because...." writing.

It reads, "I love my mommy because she reads me a book. She jumps on the trampoline with me and pushes me on the swing. I write 'I love you Mommy' and she likes it. She plays with me and makes me macaroni and cheese. She takes me to The Dalles to buy new shoes. She takes me to play games."

LOL, love it.

After opening our gifts, we got to have a little breakfast of cinnamon rolls, grapes, strawberries, oranges, juice, and coffee.

Thank you, Molly Lynn! What a wonderful tea party you made for me!

With love,
Mama Hauck
