Breakfast with Santa

A few weekends back we took the kids to the Primary School for their annual Breakfast with Santa. This was our second year going, the kids really love it!

After telling Santa what we wanted for Christmas, we ate a nice breakfast of pancakes, ham, and fruit. Then we headed on over to the craft tables and the kids had a god time making marshmallow men, paper chain garland, and decorating play-dough ornaments. Lastly, we put used our raffle tickets to try to win a few gift baskets. We didn't win anything, but it was nice seeing all the goodies. There must have been 8 different goodie baskets filled with things from popcorn, movies, gift certificates, coffee, chocolate, games.....and even a tic-tac-toe game board and playing pieces that we made and donated from Goldendale Country Bumpkins. I wonder who won it!?

We had a super fun morning! I love watching my children's faces light up and get excited. It's so fun to start new traditions with your family and maintain them throughout the years. We will be going to Breakfast with Santa for as long as the kids would like to....and even if they don't, well, I might just drag them there anyway. lol

With love,
Mama Hauck
